El Duque - Large Studio


Recently built El Duque is a superior development of spacious modern apartments in a very handy location just 400m from the beaches of Fanabe and El Duque and within easy reach of shops bars restaurants and the nearby bright lights of Playa de las Americas. There is a wealth of amenities to suit everyone at El Duque including three swimming pools (one heated) snack bar a restaurant extensive sun terraces 24 hour reception laundry room gym sauna 2 squash courts table tennis mini golf and children’s play area. There are also separate activity programmes for both adults and children so there is always something to keep everyone amused and entertained. For children these include painting ball games mini discos etc whilst for adults activities include boules waterpolo aerobics table tennis diving school and a nightly entertainment programme. For those who want to explore further afield there is also plenty to do. Apart from the nearby beaches and resort centre the helpful reception can also arrange car hire trips to the Costa Adeje Waterpark and dolphinarium or excursions to different parts of the island. There are 210 apartments at Duque but the development is pleasantly spacious and well laid out so that it never feels cramped or crowded. Each apartment is tastefully furnished and well equipped in a bright modern style. Cleaning is provided 6 times per week with towels and bed linen changed twice weekly. Minimum stay 7 nights arrive any day. Large Studio: These have a twin or double bedroom separated by an archway from a large lounge area with single sofa bed telephone ceiling fan and satellite TV. Full bathroom open plan kitchen area with hob/oven fridge/freezer and microwave. Large terrace or balcony furnished with table and chairs. Safe (payable). There are four studios specially equipped for disabled people with wider doors and suitable bathrooms.
