Jardines del Mar is a top quality development of apartments and linked houses set around lawned gardens with swimming pool (12m x 6m depth 1m to 2m with steps ladder and children’s pool) just a few min walk from the port beach and old town of Javea. Built and furnished to very high standards Jardines is ideal for families as the development is child friendly and gated. There are a variety of leisure facilities on the development including squash courts and a basic gym with sauna – all payable locally in resort. The townhouse offers very spacious and extremely comfortable accommodation with the added advantage of its own small garden leading onto the communal areas. Two storeys. Hallway leading to lounge/dining room with TV and DVD with patio doors onto a furnished veranda with BBQ and small garden with gate to pool area. Fitted kitchen with microwave washing machine and dishwasher. Double bedroom and bathroom downstairs. 2 twins sharing a shower/WC upstairs plus a master double with ensuite bathroom and balcony upstairs. The lounge and 3 bedrooms have air-conditioning and heating - approx €100 per week payable locally on arrival if required. Weekly cleaning and linen change. Friday changeover.  Pool is closed between 3pm and 5pm for siesta time.
