Pinos Altos - Small Two Bedroom Apartments (Type 2)


Pinos Altos is set in a quiet and pretty position in a residential area towards the rear of the pretty resort of Cala San Vicente just 400-500m from either of the two sandy coves (both are reached by steps) and close to the limited number of shops bars and restaurants of the village. Bordered by tall pine trees (‘pinos altos’) with a large communal swimming pool separate children’s pool and spacious sun terraces the apartments offer simply furnished but comfortable accommodation for couples or families with children. There is a bus stop nearby from where reasonably regular buses leave for Pollensa town (5 km) and the larger resort of Puerto Pollensa (10 km). The apartments are in two buildings. The main building houses 12 apartments plus communal lounge areas washing machines and children’s play area. The pool and sun terraces are reached by steps down from the main building. The four large 2 bedroom apartments are situated in a separate ‘villa’ at one end of the pool. An ideal choice for families who do not want to have a hire car Pinos Altos offers excellent value for families and is extremely popular. Small Two Bedroom Apartments – Type 2 (Sleep 3 + 2 children) are in the main building and have a lounge with basic satellite TV 2 sofa beds and a balcony or terrace overlooking the pool. Kitchen area with hob microwave fridge. Twin bedroom single bedroom and full bathroom. Cleaning and towel change twice weekly linen once. Minimum stay 5 nights arrive any day.
