The perfect luxury coastal property to enjoy this magnificent location on the harbour front of Portreath, just a stone's throw away to the wonderful surfing beach and local amenities.

Harbour Masters House is a beautifully presented coastline residence, set on the harbour wall in a frontline position with uninterrupted views of the harbour and across Portreath beach. This property is attractively furnished with very high quality furniture and fittings and is impeccably presented, with the benefit of numerous balconies to compliment further the spectacular views. A beautiful location to enjoy the views and watch the harbour activities with fishing boats immediately beneath you. The accommodation is spacious and very light with an open-plan living area and paved terrace for outside dining.

The spacious entrance lobby, perfect to store your boots and coats after a long day of walking the beautiful coastal path; or to dry the little ones off after a day on the beach, leads to the two good-sized ground floor bedrooms; one with a double bed and large sit-in windows, the perfect spot to sit and read a book or gaze out to sea, and another with two single beds (can be linked as a super-king size bed on request) and views looking out over the harbour. Both bedrooms conveniently have en-suites, with the twin bedroom boasting a separate bath where you can sit back and relax after spending a day exploring.

Stairs lead up to the open-plan living area where you will find the stylish, well-equipped kitchen with a range of integrated appliances, American style fridge/freezer, double electric oven, microwave, and the all-essential dishwasher. The dining table sits comfortably within the kitchen area seating eight guests and leads to the cosy sitting room where you will find comfortable seating, a wood burning stove, smart television and bi-folding doors to the spectacular terrace looking out to sea and over the harbour, an ideal setting to watch the sunsets over al fresco dining or enjoy a morning coffee watching the sunrise.

Follow the stairs up to the top floor to two further bedrooms. Bedroom three, a lovely versatile bedroom boasting elevated views over the harbour, can conveniently be made up as either a super-king bed or two single beds on request and has an en-suite shower room. Finally, the beautiful master bedroom with a stylish king-size bed and smart television, also benefits from an en-suite shower room and, not one, but two balconies. One providing stunning views over the harbour and Portreath beach, and the other looking out to sea.

A truly spectacular location and stylish property, perfect for making those special family memories.

Located next to an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty is the lovely seaside village of Portreath. This delightful resort has a varied selection of independent shops, pubs, restaurants and cafes; such as The Hub, a great place to enjoy lunch right on the seafront. Don’t forget to explore Portreath’s historic harbour which is part of the UNESCO’s World Heritage Site.

Portreath is home to a lovely golden, sandy beach which is popular for swimming, surfing and all kinds of water sports! Why not learn to surf at the Portreath Surfing School, where you can also hire surf and water sports equipment alongside wetsuits. At low tide, take a wild swim or try your hand at a spot of Cornish crabbing in the rock pools which can be found just by the Harbour wall. A few hundred metres offshore is the iconic Gull Rock, which as the name suggests is somewhat of a haven for seabirds of all kinds.

Cornwall Gold can be found just down the road and is home to the unique Tolgus Mill heritage site, the largest jewellery collection in Cornwall and is set in 18 acres of beautiful Cornish landscape. On-site you can find lots of award-winning family fun such as Pick-A-Pearl, The Bear Works, Create and Paint Pottery or even a round of Krazy Golf! Be sure to grab a bite to eat at the Cornish Pantry restaurant, where you can famously get a Full Cornish Breakfast served up on a traditional miner’s shovel!

Looking for something adventurous? Stithians Lake is a great place to windsurf, paddleboard, kayak and sail. You can bring your own equipment, hire it on site or book a lesson with one of their qualified instructors. For more water based fun head south to Kernow Adventure Park and spend an afternoon at their Aquapark, perfect for the whole family.

Soak up some local history by heading further west to explore stunning mines such as Geevor Tin Mine in Pendeen or stay nearby and head to Kresen Kernow, which is home to the world’s largest collection of documents, books, maps and photographs related to Cornwall’s history. Heartlands is also only a short drive away and offers mining attractions, botanical gardens and a lovely cafe.

Looking to explore more in nature? The South West Coastal Path is quite literally on your doorstop! Perfect place for a family day out, hike to iconic sites such as Wheal Coates or Godrevy Lighthouse. Or perhaps take a drive and visit the stunning Penrose Water Gardens, set across 6 acres of marshland and woodland, containing over 100 varieties of plants.

Don’t forget to also visit the stunning Tehidy Country Park; only a few minutes’ drive away and features 250 acres of peaceful woodlands and lakes to explore, where you can also swing some clubs at the picturesque 18 hole golf course.
